The Peruvian Chargé d'affaires
This Court having notified to Her Majesty's Government the appointment of M. Adolfo Eimbek as Peruvian Consul at Hong Kong, I am to request that you will inform the Secretary of State whether Her Majesty's Government have any objection to the issue of Her Majesty's Exequatur in favor of that gentleman.
A long list of Peruvian Consuls was referred to the Col: Off: If referred to the Col: Off: with a letter as usual to the H. Off. from here among them Hongkong appt.
I will take the usual steps upon it,
It was an oversight that it was not copied into the list sent. Sent to F.O. all will be right. I will tell the H. Off. tonight.
